Shipping Information — What to Expect
We’re committed to being transparent about how your olive oil gets to you.
📦 Your Oil Ships After It Arrives in the U.S.
Our olive oil is harvested and milled fresh in Sicily, then shipped in bulk to our U.S. depot in South Deerfield, Massachusetts. Once your order arrives at the depot, we prepare it for final delivery to your door.
Because we follow the harvest schedule and ship in bulk, please expect a delay between ordering and final delivery. We'll keep you updated throughout and share notifications when your order ships from Italy, arrives at our depot, and is ready for pick-up or when shipped to your door with tracking.
💰 Pricing and Delivery
The price you see at checkout includes your share of the oil and transport to Massachusetts.
Delivery from our depot to your door will be calculated at checkout, based on your shipping address.

Pickup Orders — What to Expect
- In-Store Pickup by Appointment
If you’ve selected "Pickup in Store" during checkout, your bulk olive oil order will be available for pickup at our South Deerfield, MA location.
Pickup is by appointment only and must be scheduled through our app.
Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to book your appointment through the app. This will allow you to choose a convenient time to pick up your order. - Pickup Hours
Pickup appointments are available Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Please ensure you arrive within your scheduled appointment time for a smooth pickup experience.
Returns and Refunds
1. Refund Policy
We understand that bulk orders require thoughtful consideration, and we want to ensure you're satisfied with your purchase. Here’s our refund policy based on where the oil is in the shipping process:
- Full Refund – Cancel anytime before your pallet leaves the mill in Italy, and you’ll receive a full refund.
- 90% Refund – If your order has already shipped and arrived in the U.S., we can offer a 90% refund. (Shipping and any applicable customs costs are non-refundable.)
- No Refund – Once the product has been delivered to your location, we’re unable to accept returns on bulk olive oil orders.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong items, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with your order number and photos of the damaged goods.
- We will issue a full refund or replacement based on your preference.
3. Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- It may take 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
