Celebrating the Exceptional Polyphenol Levels of Our Cerasuolo Organic Olive Oil
28 Jan 25. We’re excited to share some amazing news with our customers and olive oil enthusiasts: our Cerasuolo Organic Olive Oil has an incredible polyphenol level of 514 mg/kg! This far exceeds the typical range of 300-400 mg/kg seen in most olive oils.
Polyphenols are known for their powerful antioxidant properties, which contribute not only to the olive oil’s taste but also to its many health benefits. A higher polyphenol content means better protection against oxidative stress, enhanced anti-inflammatory effects, and improved cardiovascular health.

Potential New Import Tariffs to the USA
23 Jan 25. At Inside Source, we’re committed to keeping you informed about developments that could affect your purchases. While President Trump’s campaign proposal to implement tariffs on all foreign-imported products has not yet affected Italian olive oil, it has created uncertainty for both businesses and consumers. With U.S. olive oil production covering less than 5% of national consumption, any new tariff could significantly increase prices and affect delivery times for olive oil imports.
We’re closely monitoring the situation and will share updates if tariff impacts arise. Rest assured, we’ll work hard to ensure you get the best prices and a smooth shopping experience. We appreciate your understanding, as any potential changes may affect import costs.
